The original report, authored by Julia Stone (The University of Brighton Health and Social Policy Research Centre), was researched in 2007 and written in January 2008. It explores the range of impacts and outcomes experienced by volunteers as a result of their engagement with the Centre.
The follow-up report was produced in October 2008.
