Last
year we took part in the Brighton Photo Fringe with our film
‘Where is Tilbury Place?’ (Tilbury Place being where
we're based) training volunteer film makers to undertake every
aspect of film making, lighting, directing, sound, setting up
an exhibition, and producing publicity. Volunteers were empowered
by the project and many went on to take part in workshops to
produce work for our current exhibition. The project was a massive
success and viewed by huge numbers: Photo Fringe is made up
over 130 exhibitions and ours was the only community exhibition
to be shown at the Launch of the festival at the Fringe Focus
Building. The film can be seen below:
